Partly renovated 2-bedroom apartment in the first line by the ocean. Complex Parque Santiago II is situated in a favourite touristic area Las Américas.
The apartment is divided into two levels. In the lower part of the apartment, there is a living area, a kitchen and one bedroom with two single beds. In the upper part of the apartment, you will find the master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom and a dressing room. A dining table is available in the kitchen. The kitchen is connected to the living room. The living room leads directly to the terrace with a seating area, with a beautiful view of the community pool and palm trees. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach.
Several beaches are nearby - Playa de las Américas, Playa de Troya (800 m), Playa de El Bobo. Playa del Camisón is less than a 12-minute walk away (900 m).

Neighbourhood
A beautiful promenade leads directly in front of the complex, which is full of restaurants and bars. Whatever you fancy, you'll find it here. Near the apartment you will also find shops with food, fashion and souvenirs.
If you are a surf lover, this place is exactly what you want. If you don't love this sport, it doesn't matter, this place is suitable for you too. All you have to do is discover the beauty of the surroundings. Tennis courts and a children's playground are available near the apartment.
